Pancake Squares

I’m a big fan of having people over for brunch, and I’m always on the lookout for the next perfect brunch recipe.

I also am horrifically terrible at making pancakes. Seriously. They evade me. My kids would tell you they love pancakes, but what they mean is they love frozen Eggo pancakes from a box. If I ever offer to make you pancakes, ask me to make you waffles. I’ll think that I can make them, but I can’t. Trust me.
