Back to school time is in full session, and I’m feeling the lunch pressure in a major way. My daughter’s three and this year will be her first experience eating lunch at school. I pick her up a WHOLE half an hour later while she dines in style with her peers. The new lunchbox has been purchased, but now I’m feeling the lunch packing pressure. Not from her, but from the teachers and any mom who happens to observe the contents of my daughter’s lunchbox. The graham cracker connoisseur that I consider myself to be jumped at the opportunity. When the sample arrived, I MIGHT have been more excited than my three year old.
Imagine a graham cracker sandwich filled with peanut butter, peanut butter and chocolate or banana vanilla crème. My daughter and I sat right down to try them out and I had an inner battle with myself on how I PROBABLY didn’t need another one right that second.
