I object to the fact you are stating sugar is toxic. The fact is the AMOUNT of sugar we are getting is toxic. Balance is the key and I understand the manufacturers are adding it to everything we consume and therefore our bodies are reacting. The fact that NOTHING in nature which is sweet is actually bad for our bodies should tell us something. If everyone was educated on what is added and used to preserve our food in North America perhaps we could effect some worthwhile changes. Europe has very strict rules about much of the food which is consumed. Why are we letting these companies kill us for PROFIT!!
