Since planks are easy to do anywhere, they’ve been part of my workout routine since I started my Healthy Living for Mom series back in August 2011.
But lately I’ve lost my love of planks. They weren’t challenging anymore and it felt like a waste of time. Time to shake it up with this list of 10 Ways to Plank from Fitnessista.
The side plank with hip drops is ridiculously difficult for me and I’m now slightly regretting my whole “oh, I’m so over planks” statement.
