I’ve been trying everything to whip my tush into shape. Whenever I try something new, I don’t feel much of a burn when working out and I don’t get that day-after soreness that tells you, “Hey, good job! You worked hard yesterday.”

HOLY CRAP is this hard. It’s one of the few non-cardio exercises that I do that leaves me dripping with sweat.

    After my second child, I dove into a workout with tons of butt/thigh breaking squats but the agony was so worth it!! Plus, I just had my third child a few months ago and I can tell I am in better shape in the toosh area! I just started hitting my workout hard core again and I am super excited to get back into my pre-prego jeans! 😉 Great share!
