The Ultimate Hips, Bum and Thigh Workout
I’ve been trying everything to whip my tush into shape. Whenever I try something new, I don’t feel much of a burn when working out and I don’t get that day-after soreness that tells you, “Hey, good job! You worked hard yesterday.”
Until I tried this hips, bum and thigh workout from Amanda Russell.
HOLY CRAP is this hard. It’s one of the few non-cardio exercises that I do that leaves me dripping with sweat.

So appropriate to read this after I’ve snarfed down a loaf of pound cake. Must focus on the behind.
After my second child, I dove into a workout with tons of butt/thigh breaking squats but the agony was so worth it!! Plus, I just had my third child a few months ago and I can tell I am in better shape in the toosh area! I just started hitting my workout hard core again and I am super excited to get back into my pre-prego jeans!
