Carina has been typing on the internets before there was a www in front of everything. This is why she’s cranky and wants to know when you’ll get off her lawn. She resides in a hopelessly outdated home in the Mountain West with a mathematician and two boys. Her laundry is not done, but her Twitter and The Jet Set blog are totally up to date. The Best Tissue Paper Pom Poms Tutorial

If you have a shower, birthday, or some other celebration that needs beautiful decorations, nothing quite gives the best bang for the buck like tissue paper pom poms. I hung them from my parents’ chandeliers for my sister’s baby shower.  One of my favorite weddings had them hanging from the trees, sparkling lights twinkling around the fluttering poms. When I went to make the paper poms for the first time, every tutorial I read was…fine, but not exactly helpful.  Enter Hildie, a featured blogger for Todaysmama a few months ago! She created a great, step-by-step tutorial to make tissue paper pom poms with useful tips I wish I’d known.
