I’ll admit that I typically don’t like cauliflower, but this curry-basil vinaigrette from The Best Recipe adds a great flavor. For me, it’s like adding paint to a plain white canvas.
1. Whisk vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, shallot, dill, oil, and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Steam cauliflower and then place it in a serving bowl. Toss the dressing, cauliflower and walnuts, adjusting seasoning per your taste. Serve warm or at room temperature.
