This asparagus recipe from The Best Recipe is my favorite way to eat asparagus. In fact, I don’t think I even like asparagus until I tried it this way, and now I appreciate this crispy vegetable in all sorts of recipes.
Ingredients:1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil salt and ground black pepper 1 recipe Steamed Asparagus
1. Whisk lemon juice, mustard, and Tabasco together in a small bowl. Whisk in oil until dressing is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Prepare asparagus and place on a platter when cooked. Rewhisk dressing and drizzle over asparagus. Serve warm or at room temperature.
