No Bake Fresh Strawberry Pie

I am a Cooking Light convert. I’ve been enjoying the recipes and the nutrition info between the covers since I started grabbing the magazine at the store a few months ago.

With all of the delicious looking strawberries popping up in the produce section, I was delighted to see this recipe for No Bake Fresh Strawberry Pie in their May issue. This will be coming out of my kitchen very, very soon.

    I’m with you on the Cooking Light. I buy the cookbook every year, the compilation of the monthly magazines but in a hard cover. Love them. Ps looks de-lish!
