Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Taco Recipe
My slow cooker recipe search continues. Last week we tried this Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Taco recipe and it was possibly the most delicious thing to come out of my crock pot…ever.
Until we tried this dish, beef tacos meant using ground and it’s tough to keep ground beef tender and juicy in a frying pan. Ground beef also has the added drawback of cascading out of a taco shell when my 4-year-old digs in. This delicious meat has the added bonus of being mucho tasty on nachos or in a green salad the next day.
This will be perfect for the summer time—a little fresh salsa, guacamole, and some grilled corn on the cob with butter and a squeeze of lemon. My mouth is already watering.
