DIY Mason Jar Candle Tutorial

This Sunday most of us will “spring forward” for daylight savings.

Now that I am a parent this fills me with dread. The small people in my home have not, customarily, been great about embracing the time shift.

But instead of dwelling on the inevitable 4:30 A.M. wake up that I will receive courtesy of my 4-year-old on Monday morning, I am going to focus on the fact that this time change means more light in the evening.

More evening light means that warm weather is on the way!

Warm weather means evenings spent on the deck!

How about some mood lighting? Check out this detailed DIY Mason Jar Candle Tutorial from Something Turquoise.

I think I’ll gather all of the jars I’ve been saving and whip up some candles to will warm weather into arriving.

Undertaking designs and projects in your house is usually fun, and it’s also something that one could turn into a small home based business once you get the hang of what you are doing. Candles will always be a well-liked thing, since they are for virtually every season of the year, they can make ideal gifts, and you may put all the creativity as you have in to the candle making designs that you create. This web site is great for reinforcing these details and ideas.
