Samoa Cookie Bars

I may or may not have ordered six boxes of Samoas (Caramel deLites) from my neighborhood Girl Scouts.  Since there’s still a wait before the cookies actually arrive, and since I know those six boxes will last MAYBE a week, I was DE-LITED to find this recipe for Samoa Cookie Bars from Baking Bites.
