I’m a sucker for a cheeseball. I know, so retro! It’s probably because I’m married to a man whose idea of tasty foods does not include anything with cream cheese or sour cream (tragedy!) The best thing about cheeseballs is that they usually taste better the day after you make them, so they’re the perfect make-ahead party food.
