Happy Scrappy Christmas Garland
I’ve had my eye on this Christmas garland since before Halloween. It’s happy and eclectic. I’m thinking that after my gallbladder gets yanked out next week, this would be a good craft to do while I’m lounging in bed and watching the second set of VHS Anne of Green Gables movies.

That’s right, I said VHS. That’s how I rock movies in my bedroom, on the TV my parents bought for me in 1997. It’s still going strong, and after this surgery, I will be, too.
Oh, but back to this garland! It’s made by tying a bunch of ribbon scraps in knots on a long strand of lights (or 2 or 3 strands if you have patience for a longer one). That’s it. The extent of craftiness needed to create this adorable garland is the ability to tie knots.

Love this idea! Also love that you still watch VHS.
