I ran across Mom on Timeout’s post on Frozen Breakfast Burritos and had to try them. I dutifully cooked all the ingredients and assembled them all, splitting them into two groups: one had a little bit of cheddar cheese, and the second had roasted butternut squash and green chile sauce (those are for mama.)
I am in love.
This is the perfect way to make your own frozen food, good for snacks or for meals, and since they’re already wrapped and frozen, they’re ready to be warmed and then taken along for the day.
The boys are thrilled!
