Weekly Round Up

Yeah, this is normally a thing I do on Friday as it is pretty nonsensical to round up a week on a Monday. Which, I know.  But last week? Last week was consumed by all things evo’11.

Erica and me (and the baby!) basking in the pink glow of the evo’11 stage.

I did manage to sneak a peek at a few wonderful posts last week, and boy, were they good ones. Enjoy!

A sweet message of thanks for July 4th. (Yes, I know, July 4th is so last week but the message is still worth reading.)

Carina has a gift. That gift is to write in a way that is all at once clever, truthful and touching. She just had a baby, so imagine how funny and honest that birth story would be. Oh, wait, you don’t have to.

I read Mackin Ink every day because Karey’s writing is wildly creative and she, quite often, makes me cackle out loud. She also has the ability to make motherhood seem like magic.

Darby and her family are spending the summer at a beach house. (SWOON.) I’ve loved following along via her weekly photo updates…it’s a great reminder to get out from behind the computer and enjoy some sunshine.

I’ve been wondering about flat irons (if you know me, don’t laugh) lo and behold, Kat comes to the rescue with a detailed flat iron run down. I love the internet.

Have a great week!

Love the pic! too cute. I love it when my babies are little enough to strap on and tote with me wherever I go. Congrats on pulling of evo!

And thanks for making my night with the link. I’m totally flattered to be in such amazing company.
