Cooking Up Cinco de Mayo Plans
My neighbor and I have developed a bad habit of sitting outside in the afternoon and talking about food. Good food. Good Mexican food. On more that one occasion it has led to me entering my kitchen and cursing my already thawed dinner ingredients and meal plan.
“Dang you, meatloaf! WHY CAN’T YOU BE ENCHILADAS!?”
With Cinco de Mayo right around the corner I have the perfect excuse to plan a little mid-week fiesta. Here are a few of the menu items (and crafts!) that have caught my eye.
